  • Avocado

  • 38 ml of water
  • 40 ml of beer
  • Cider vinegar
  • 10 ml of lemon juice
  • 5 drops of rosemary essential oil
  • 5 drops of lemon essential oil
  • Pyrex carafe

Method

Pour the water, beer, cider vinegar, and lemon juice into a Pyrex jug, and then proceed in a bain-marie. Heat everything at 80°C for 30 minutes and then let it cool to 40°C. Finally, add the 5 drops of rosemary essential oil and lemon essential oil. Once you have obtained the mixture, use it to massage your hair after shampooing, without having to rinse it.

Hair, especially that of women, is strengthened and cared for through some simple good habits :
  • Always use a delicate and as natural shampoo as possible. Don’t exaggerate with the dosages, choose products that are suitable for your hair type ( greasy, dry, with dandruff, etc…) If you use conditioner, leave it on for at least three minutes after shampooing.
